My dog was having a skin issue so I stared to give him the MCT-3 oil and the virgin coconut oil both internally and on his skin. I can say that after a few weeks he has completely cleared up. This stuff is wonderful! You can tell the difference the minute you open it, it has a wonderful fresh coconut smell and tastes amazing. I add some to my oatmeal ever morning...love it
